Superb & Very Rare Denver Broncos Toes Up AFL Football Nodder
with Chest Numbers. This may very well be the rarest of all
football bobbleheads, and this one is a beauty with superb colors.
This is 1963-1965 Type 3 toes up nodder, and 1 of only 3 AFL dolls in
this series. This nodder is not catalogued in Tim Hunter's
bobblehead guide, and is exceedingly rare. This nodder has had
restoration done to its head, with a break on the back side of the head
repaired. The rest of the doll was not touched at all, and the
decals are all original. This restoration was masterfully done,
and if I didn't disclose it, you wouldn't be able to tell. A
fantastic and rare Broncos nodder.

Early 1960's Cleveland Browns Kissing Series Nodder Pair. The
Browns were only one of two teams from this series to have a mascot
rather than a football player, and both dolls are equipped with magnets
to simulate a kissing action. The Browns pair from this series is the
scarcest of the set, and the male mascot is a great looking elf, who is
kissed by the majorette. The Elf is in very strong condition, with only
some light roughness and a small chip in the neck area, but otherwise
exhibits no flaws. The Majorette has been repainted to complete the
Browns pair, and is in very nice condition too. These Cleveland Browns
kissing nodders don't come up for sale very often, and this is a very
nice pair. Sold |
1965 to 1967 Realistic Face Cleveland

1961 Square Base Washington Redskins Nodder. This Redskins
bobblehead does display well but has some flaws. The spring has
been contorted, giving him a looking to the side expression. There
is also a crack at the right neck area, some hairlines at the left
sholuder area, and some paint loss on the football and base.
These defects could be repaired but I will leave that up to the new
owner if they would opt to do so.

1962 to 1964 Pittsburgh Steelers Kissing Series Football
Nodders. The set features the Steelers Iron-Worker Mascot with a
matching Steelers Majorette figure. The Steelers are one of the
two teams from this series that features a mascot (the other being the
Browns) rather than the standard football player. These two
beauties are free from any cracking, and only exhibit slight roughening
on the neck area. The Iron Worker has some very small areas of
sliver paint loss on his cap, and an even smaller area of gold paint
loss on the base. These could be easily touched up if a collector
saw fit, but I will leave that up to the buyer. Beautiful rare
pair from a rare nodder series.

not noticeable when viewed from the front. There is also some

still an attractive early Pirates nodder.
