This attractive carved piece was hand carved by the famous Carter Hoffman company and features the likeness of a VMI Keydet. Gem Mint 1950's New York Giants Football Gibbs Connor Mascot Figural Bank. This beautiful porcelain bank features a Giant Mascot, with leg perched upon a stadium. Next to the player is a football, with New York Giants decorated across its front. This is the larger size of this bank, with the smaller size not having the football sitting next to the player. Exceedingly Rare 1967 Green Bay Packers Gund Puppet. This puppet is a beauty with bright colors, and only very minor fraying at areas to the cloth. The statue has some surface wear, and does have wood loss to each of his front feet. The Carter Hoffman mark is mostly obscured by the feet break, but you can just make out the beginning of it. Very Rare Circa 1940's Large 12 inch Cornell University Bear Mascot Statue. This statue hails from a seldom seen series of college mascot carvings. These carvings are unmarked, so the creator is a mystery, but they are extremely well done, with even more detail than Carter Hoffman mascots. This stunning Cornell bear is wearing a red jersey, with a white C on its chest. The statue does have an old repaired crack to the left foot, and possibly one to the right foot as well. This great craved mascot would be a fantastic addition to any Cornell collection. Sold. |
